The Zune device must have firmware v3.0 (or newer) in order to transfer content using OverDrive Download Station.
Before you can transfer audio titles to a Zune device using OverDrive Download Station, you must close any other program to which the Zune is connected.
OverDrive WMA Audiobook titles can be transferred to Zunes.
OverDrive MP3 Audiobook titles can be transferred to Zunes.
OverDrive WMA Audiobook MediaMarkers™ are transferred to Zunes. OverDrive MP3 Audiobook MediaMarkers™ are not transferred to Zunes.
